Bridging Case Manager

You will be responsible for taking ownership of allocated cases from inception through to completion. You will be working closely with a Senior Underwriter and would have scope to progress into an underwriters role.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Assess loan documentation, including valuation reports and requesting additional information from brokers where required, highlighting any concerns
  • Carry out checks on the applicants and properties and assess their suitability for the loan applied for
  • Proactively chase outstanding information from third parties and timely updates to introducers to enable service excellence
  • Liaising with introducers and solicitors
  • Overseeing cases from inception through to completion
  • Data management

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • At least 1 years' experience in mortgage lending or bridging finance is essential
  • Would also consider Bridging Brokers wanting to move into Case Management
  • An understanding of FCA regulation, treating customers fairly and responsible lending is required
