The current incumbent is expected to retire within the next 12 months and a replacement is being sought, reporting to the Finance Director initially, but eventually the Group CFO, to progressively take over to day to day running of the internal & external finance activities of the group.
The Finance department is currently organized on a product basis with dedicated teams -responsible short term, medium term, broking and group functions. Alongside the usual finance operations there is a large amount of treasury operations which necessitate a close working relationship with the business.
The finance team works closely with Director, Funding Solutions, and the lending and servicing teams.
