Key Accountabilities
- Management of diary ensuring proactive follow up on meeting requests and management of meeting logistics
- Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality in respect of all aspects of person data and corporate confidential information.
- Administrative support - to include:
- Meeting secretariat duties – e.g. publishing agendas, distribution of board packs & committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions, administrative tasks
- Composing and preparing correspondence
- Helping with slide decks
- Running minor errands upon request
- Opening and closure of accounts, KYC requests and other repetitive administration tasks

- Excellent communicator in person, on telephone, and in writing
- Highly numerate and confident in managing commercial decisions/priorities

- Strong work ethic
Knowledge & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation, or other corporate professional services environment, would be strongly preferred.
