Key Accountabilities

  • Management of CEO’s diary.
  • Ensuring CEO is fully briefed & prepared for all meetings.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
  • Travel planning - domestic & foreign.
  • Managing CEO’s vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc. and liaising with his driver to arrange diaries/travel as required.
  • Administrative support to the CEO in managing his portfolio of businesses and properties.
  • Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality in respect of all aspects of personal data and corporate confidential information.
  • Administrative support to CEO, CFO and COO - to include:
    • Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
    • Running Minor errands for the CEO upon request.
    • Meeting secretariat duties – e.g. publishing agendas, distribution of board packs & committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions.

    • Excellent communicator in person, on telephone, and in writing.
    • Highly numerate and confident in managing commercial decisions/priorities.
    • Highly intelligent with the ability to take on a wide range of topics & succeed.
    • Strong work ethic.

      Knowledge & Qualifications

      • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
      • Proficient in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
      • Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation, or other corporate professional services environment, would be strongly preferred.
