Key Accountabilities

  • Weekly servicing updates and portal overview - acting as liaison with investor base and Servicing Team.
  • Liaising with the Director of Investor Services in relation to new and potential clients.
  • Liaison with potential and existing investors providing information on new loans to fund.
  • Loan funding - presenting investment opportunities to investors for funding.
  • Development fund portal - overseeing updates and continually evolving.
  • Trust Schedules - production on completion of loan funding.
  • On line searches, including but not limited to Credit Searches and Company searches.
  • Ongoing database management for the investors.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external parties.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Able to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of property or property sales advantageous.
