This role will be responsible for supporting the second charge mortgage underwriters and when required advisers in the administration of second charge mortgages, consumer buy to lets and buy to let cases. This role is key to ensuring EFL services it customers effectively, with clear and accurate communication, ensuring an efficient and clear customer journey takes place, specifically involving correctly submitting mortgage illustrations, application paperwork and ensuring the CRM is maintained and up to date with the activities undertaken by the administrators and answering and dealing with queries from brokers and customers.
