Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Providing marketing and administrative support to the team whilst developing skills across the marketing mix. This includes and is not limited to campaign development, graphic design, digital marketing, event management, strategy, and web management and SEO
  • Marketing team traffic coordination
  • Event administration and logistics
  • Marketing administration, invoicing and compiling reports
  • CRM Database administration
  • Contributing to ideas for campaigns and new marketing ideas
  • Basic design tasks including creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Working alongside Marketing Managers on marketing projects

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills

Knowledge & Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel, willing to learn Adobe Suite
  • Demonstrable understand or interest in marketing, either through previous employment or education. Previous marketing experience would be advantageous but not necessary as training will be provided
