Founder and CEO Enra Group
Danny is the founder of the Enra Group and an influential figure across the specialist loans sector and the wider financial services industry. After joining Enterprise Finance in 2002 and becoming Managing Director in 2005, he led the business through multiple M&A transactions, both buying and selling to build a unique portfolio of lending & broking brands. In 2015 he integrated the brands, forming the Enra Group as it is known today. Under his leadership, Enra has grown to one of the UK largest non-bank lenders, currently employing almost 200 staff and successfully originating £1billion of mortgages p.a and generating £30m EBITDA.
David joined Enra in 2017 as Non-executive Director and chairs the Board of Directors. His previous positions include Group Chief Executive of DBS Management Plc and CEO of Coventry Building Society, where he helped transform the business into one of the largest players in the Buy-to-Let mortgage market. His wealth of experience within the financial services sector is a genuine asset to the Group.
CFO Enra Group
Emily leads the finance and compliance functions for Enra and has extensive experience in the financial sector – with specialist knowledge of asset-liability, balance sheet and capital management. She joined the Group after working in a variety of other senior finance roles including FD of Corporate Banking at RBS, CFO of Singer & Friedlander and deputy CFO of EMAP.
Chief Operations Officer
Stephen leads Enra’s Lending & Servicing, IT, HR and Marketing functions. Previously, he spent 6 years at Metro Bank where he led major commercial and technology projects including the acquisition of over £2bn of mortgage assets and the development of Metro’s mortgage origination platform, as well as managing SME & Commercial lending and deposit products. Prior to Metro, Stephen worked in private equity and credit opportunity funds, specialising in building and acquiring lending and servicing businesses across Europe, and the acquisition and securitisation of credit portfolios.
Board member, Exponent
Mark sits on the Board as part of the private equity investors, Exponent. He has been previously involved in a number of financial and retail brands and alongside Enra, is currently a board member for Loch Lomond and Meadow Foods. Born and raised in North London, Mark has an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University.

Tom sits on the Board as part of the private equity investors, Exponent. He has been with the equity firm since 2009 and has a great deal of experience in recruitment retail and financial services. Besides Enra, he is currently a board member for SHL transactions. Born and raised in Yorkshire, Tom has a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
Managing Director, Vantage Finance
Lucy is the founder and Managing Director of Vantage Finance, an established master broker within specialist finance. Lucy has built the business to become one of the UK’s leading specialist finance distributors that offers intermediaries and their customers a range of commercial finance solutions. She has grown a team of talented advisors that work hard on ensuring Vantage Finance has excellent relationships with specialist lenders, and one that prides itself on the bespoke service they provide every client.
Managing Director, Enterprise Finance
Harry has been overseeing our relationships with intermediaries since 2005. He has been in the financial services industry since 2002 and also spent some time developing brand strategy and growing revenue at a loans technology firm. Harry has a degree in business and finance from the University of Manchester.
Managing Director - Second Charge, West One Loans
Marie joined West One as Sales Director in 2017 leading sales and distribution for our Second Charge Division. Prior to joining West One she was Managing Director of specialist distributor V Loans, and has also held senior positions within the specialist lending market over the last 17 years.
Marie was also previously on the board of the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries and was recently appointed as a board member of the newly relaunched Society of Mortgage Professionals.
Managing Director - Buy to Let, West One Loans
Andrew has over 30 years' experience within the financial services sector, including senior positions at Lloyds TSB, Kent Reliance, Axis Bank and most recently at Foundation Homes Loans where he was Commercial Director. Andrew maintains a P&L responsibility for our BTL division, with primary areas of focus being distribution, sales management, proposition development and marketing of the BTL product range.
Director, Funding Solutions
Adrian’s role includes scaling our funding programme, developing our banking and investor relationships and leading on capital markets activities – including our inaugural securitisation Elstree Funding No.1. He joined us from Belmont Green where he helped to industrialise their funding platform, including the securitisation of £1.6bn of loans across four deals in a two-year horizon. During his 19 year career in structured finance, he has also held roles with Fitch Ratings, ING Direct and GMAC RFC.
Group Finance Director
Clive has over 25 years of Financial Services experience gained across several large investment banking groups, including Barclays, Merrill Lynch & BNP Paribas. He was also CFO for Duet Group between 2008 & 2014, an Emerging Markets hedge fund and Private Equity investment management firm. Clive has significant experience in mortgages, corporate actions & operational risk, in addition to the management of technology project implementations on both a European & Global basis.
Lending Operations Director, West One Loans
Paul has worked in the mortgage and loan industry for over 25 years. Before joining, Paul held a number of Senior Management positions at several financial organisations including 8 years with GE Money, 6 years with Money Partners and most recently 5 years with Morgan Stanley Bank where he was responsible for the oversight of the European Residential mortgage business.
Group Compliance Officer
Jackie has oversight of the compliance functions across the whole Enra group. She has over 15 years of experience in compliance management and before joining Enterprise she worked as a both Compliance Manager at GE Money, and Senior Compliance Officer at Countrywide. Jackie holds a Diploma in compliance and is also CeMAP and CerGI qualified.
Group Marketing Director
Haley joined Enra in January 2020 to develop ENRA’s corporate brand strategy, redefine market positioning, implement new marketing plans and build out the marketing team. She is an experienced marketing director, strategist and brand champion with a demonstrated history of executing global rebrands and redefining strategies for M&A and investment.
Head of Risk, West One Loans
Ed joined in 2016 after 5 years at Fortwell Capital where he was responsible for all Underwriting and Loan Portfolio decisions. He had previously held senior positions at GE Money and Money Partners during many years in the mortgage and loans industry.
Head of Group Servicing
Sid has over 20 years’ experience within the financial services sector mostly at GE Money where he led the servicing function.
Guy joined the West One team in 2015 and went on to underwrite approximately 200m of bridging finance facilities, before setting up our development finance division in 2018. Under his leadership, the team have subsequently committed to c150m in development finance loans to date, supporting an underserved sector of the property development market.
Chief Technology Officer
Aris is a Chief Technology Officer, who has spent 18 years working for several successful start-ups and scale-ups, as well as larger organisations, across several industries, including Fintech, E-commerce, Consulting and Betting to name a few. Aris read Physics at the University of Patras, received a master’s degree in Radio Astronomy from the University of Manchester and another in Computer Science from the University of Kent. He started his career as a developer but quickly moved into leadership roles. He is commercially driven whilst remaining very technical, describing himself as an API that translates business to technology and vice versa.
