Aria Finance announce the successful completion of its biggest bridging loan since the merger of Enterprise Finance and Vantage Finance in 2022. The loan, which includes a £28.6m bringing facility alongside a top up VAT bridge, was structured to support a prime commercial development project in Edinburgh by Shawbrook's expert structured real estate finance team led by Piragash Sivanesan.
